Here is a good way to look at thing: 1. Jackson is happy 2. Janet Reno is happy.3. Klein is happy. 4. Some of the complaining states are happy. 5.A handful of MSFT haters on this board who have recently come out of the wood work are happy. 6. The story starved media pundits are happy to have the grist for their mills. 7. McNealy is happy. Whereas on the other hand. Investors (check out the market) and consumers (check the polls) are not happy. This gives us a clue as to the reasonableness of this whole affair and has introduced into the tech world a new and ugly and communistic form of competing. JFD
