Guilty as charged. One of the biggest problems of trying to be neutral is you get it from both sides !

Here's my libertarian philosophy, which applies to all situations, but you can appply it to Barrick if you so choose.
There are two type of people in the world 1) winners and 2) whiners.

Winners realize that life isn't fair and sometimes you win and other times you lose, and you have to take both credit and responsibility. Winners take their losses gracefully, admit mistakes and learn from them.

Whiners are self proclaimed genuises/experts when they are right, but when they lose it is not their fault. It is not possible for them to admit they made a mistake. They must find someone else to blame, so they call a lawyer.
