Had a short position and made a buy to cover, it was sent to ISLD, Then it disappeared, 3 minutes later after checking my position, still there, made anther buy to cover, 15 minutes later both confirmations come and now I have a long position. Tried to sell but the system says I don't have the position. Called but the guy said he can't place order for me because the system is down now. Would Mytrack be responsible for this position or I have to take this loss? The stock is down now, and I can't do anything.
