Company Press Release

New B2B Offerings to Increase Revenue Stream

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 4, 2000--legalopinion.com (OTCBB:LAWW - news)
announced the formation of several business-to-business (B2B) service packages and strategic
alliances that are expected to generate a substantial recurring revenue stream for the Company.
``We are currently focusing on two new service offerings in the areas of employee benefits and
health care law that will be marketed to businesses on a subscription basis,' stated John M. Marencik, President and CEO. ``One
offering will provide online access to legal expertise for the employees and families of subscribing companies,' Marencik continued,
``while the other will create a virtual private network (VPN) for North American Health Care Facilities needing legal advice on
specific issues affecting their operations.'

legalopinion.com will rollout the first of the new B2B offerings in May. The Company's short-term target for the employee benefit
program is $100,000 per month revenue by the fall of 2000 and believe this can be increased to between $600,000 and $1,000,000 per
month over the following year as the marketing focus is expanded throughout North America.

The first of the strategic alliances, a co-branded site with newsletters.com was launched Friday, March 31, 2000. US Legal Forms will
be launched in the next few days.
