Richard,

<<Is there some connection with Black Mountain Gold and IPM? >>
Following is from the PR.
Black Mountain Gold Corporation owns placer claims throughout Southwestern Arizona, with many being adjacent to Maxam's Coyote Peak claims, plus additional claims located in the Black Rock area previously belonging to International Precious Metals Corporation.

Kind of indicates that Dale (Black Mountain Gold) some how got his hands on some of the old IPM claims.

As to your 'Any ideas' query, I haven't got a clue. Appears as if Dale is starting a new company, but if he can't gather funding for MXAM how could he be able to fund development of Black Mountain?

Guess we will just have to wait for the AGM. Maybe that will produce some additional information.
