This time I truly capitulated. My biggest holding was at 80 a few days ago. It broke a DB at 52 two days ago. Broke a triple bottom yesterday at 47. Broke a spread quint bottom today at 32. I don't care if the market turns, I had to get out, 75% in 3 days is more than I can bear. The fact that it was house money only makes things slightly more bearable.
