dmc, re: VSH

what I meant is the 80% ownership of SILI by VSH, and VSH's multiple pre-announcements of upside earnings for VSH with no mention of SILI other than they "have control" over it. Many are speculating VSH may buy back the remaining 20% of shares it no longer owns due to its announced sale of Lite-On and emphasis on SILI component of its business. There is uncertainty as to where SILI fits in as an "independent" company, and this may be preventing SILI from attaining comparable market value vs. stand-alone chip companies.
