I have to remind you their annual earning is only $1x billion/year. The payout to Netscape, the 19 States, the 200 lawsuites is possibly in the range of $200 billion. That's why the stock is falling.

Noone is doubting their earning capability. It's their liablity lawsuites payout that you should be concerned about.

With most company, in the charts, they shows the P/E ratio.
With MSFT, from now on, we should have a Liability Lawsuit Payout Ratio: How many lawsuites are filed against MSFT, what's the payout, vs. how many lawsuites are filed by MSFT, and the earning from it.
