Once the weak hands are out of the stock it will see a fairly rapid recovery. Funds aren't selling, no reason. MF's arent't usually marginable and that's what is causing this. Momentum money could have some effect, but where's it going? A total market meltdown 1929 style is all that's going to seriously damage the Nasdaq. Reminds me of the Networkers back in '97 and Semis before that. Except there was new then. Now it's just market sentiment. Market sentiment bounces are swift and severe, but reverse just as quickly. How long before strong buy reits start piling in? The process has already begun. April may be too short of a time frame, but the premiums are dropping like bags of cement. Could make a tidy quick profit. Leaps and mid-term leverage is my strategy.
