This kind of thing is a crisis of confidence. I said that Greenspan is openly targeting the stock market, margin requirements are being raised, and people have monster gains. I don't know how the market can go higher if people don't have confidence in it.

This is hurting retirement accounts, college funds, etc. Granted that these should be view at LT, and the confidence hasn't eroded to the point where we hurt LT holdings, but I hope that doesn't come to pass.

I mentioned this 2 weeks ago. I followed my own advice, but I didn't sell enough. Buy the dip hasn't worked so far, because we're still going down.

I feel like Sisyphus.

It will be important to note what comes back first in 4 letter world. Let's keep an eye out for what's being bought.

So far--Not much but AMAT and AMKR seem to be hit "something" and bounced a little.
