Yea, but just think. This is only aft DOJ ruling.

Imagine the doors that are now ope for all the other software developes who have been screwed by MSFT over the years!

It might be good in the short run, but I expect more lawsuits to come. MSFT's value has always been in the stock price. Actual income has never been as high. The values have also been diluted by MSFTs liberal cranking out of shares for employee stock options.

When the lawyers take away their REAL money, what will be left for stockholders?
