I even suspect that he won't raise at all. Reason's;

1. consumer confidence was already down 2 months in a row before this mini bear market.
2. election year
3. productivity increases

Greenspan has already precipitated enough carnage. Even his lusty appetite for quelching the NAZ has to be sated. No interest rate hike in May! IMHO
