I wonder who will benefit from the DOJ decision on MSFT? MSFT and all companies associated with it like CTXS are down. The so-called beneficiaries of the verdict (AOL, SUNW, ORCL)are being pummeled. The entire market is way down and clearly the public (pension plans, personal savings etc) is suffering. Who is Judge Jackson protecting? The public does not need his kind of help. I believe his decision is harming the US and the rest of the world. His approach reminds me of a quote from the Vietnam era: "We have to save this village from the enemy by burning it".
