Large cap will rule for quite some time and thousand of companies in the third tier won't even exist in one year's time. Anybody in the high tech sphere that supplie capital equipment is toast. Anybody with high free cash flow will rule equipmtn buying and we are now approaching major downgrades in terms of revenue streams less than 6months away. So don't get fooled by CSCO and JDS, those have only started their fall. The best bet swill be in the companies that have SERVICE not hardware contracts to major established corporations. Don't invest in anything that trades over 30x earnings or at least a 50% discount to their 3 year past and 2 yr future growth rate. Anything over 50x earnings is toast.
