Could the latest NR from Primo confirms they are sticking to mining? "The payment in question was made on April 3, 2000, and accordingly Primo is not in default." . Golden Peaks to acquire Las Callanas property; Primo JV.
What about the upcoming phase III, what will Primo do? Does it have enough cash?

Mining has been out of favor for some time and should bounce back especially when you have a great property.

In Primo's non brokered private placement, finders fees were paid out to Sarah Cabianca and to another company without a reference name. Any relationship between this Sarah Cabianca and Ken Cabianca, former President, consultant?
Who's behind EH&P Investments?
Why did Toro receive cash vs shares?

Just trying to dig and see where the cash has gone and where it's going and determining who are the favorite "insiders".

"Finder's fee: 79,000 shares to Sarah Cabianca
EH&P Investments Ltd. will receive a finder's fee of 66,666 shares.
Toro Ventures Inc. (Raymond Roland) will receive a finder's fee of $10,000."
