I understand exactly Mike. I made close to 800 trades the first qtr and yet I sit here numb, have not bought a thing. Watched WAVX drop from 35 to 16. Knew it was gonna come back but didn't do a thing....now at 27. This is going to take some time. Best to only make a quick play or so when you're absolutely sure, have to get the rhythm back all over again. Good luck to you Mike. Stan

I wish I was the point in my trading development where I could not have been a deer in the headlights at that bottom today. I saw it, I recognized it, I could "hear" the sound of it and yet in 8 trading minutes from it I would have had to buy YHOO (my intuitive pick for the day) up over l0 points from where it was at the bottom And then the concern becomes will it retrace 5 or more of those points as I get in it and then will it come back up and then surpass??? Too many things I couldn't chance it seemed combined with feeling like I was looking at a car wreck as I drove by it with bodies strewn all over the pavement. Here 4 years later I am still, on some occasions a deer in the headlights. I remember though when I started I had many of them. And then afterwards as a newbie I realized I didn't know what even happened at the end of the day like I was in a trance of some sort. I was unable to sort out anything meaningful to understand or hang onto to make sense of things not alone to be able to act from profitably. So I guess there has been progrees. Also later when I did enter a stock Watley was screwed up with my fill and I sat there (couldn't get a fill from MM's) for 25 minutes or so in a stock I couldn't prove I bought to my online execution system and couldn't cancel cause it was a market order. And because I had no price execution I couldn't place a stop on(and I always put stops on) and had to watch helplessly wondering if I was then going to lose alot at the end of day pullbacks! And this from a gal who sat out more than 95% of the last two weeks recognizing I was over my head in this kind of market and needed to see something I recognized to be able to trade it.....:) (and not seeing it often enough) I am not a dip/bottom fisher type so it is also against everything in me too.....:) Good luck to all tomorrow.
