Jim, OT trial Lawyers have gained a foothold in the high tech industry. BTW, the trial (tort) Lawyers are one of the biggest supporters of the current administration. I am not a high tax kind of guy, but I would actually not object to instituting a tax on proceeds from law suits - of say 90%. We have sin taxes to discourage smoking, drinking and driving to work, we have income taxes to discourage people from having income, why not have a tax on trial lawyers? Joe
