Comment: Looks like you could be in the money before the day runs its course...In any event, AMD'll be $70 (minimum) by expiry date of April 20!

Joe,

I am pissed with execution as well.

Put a MARKET order for NTAP when it was below $50

It FILLED 30 minutes later for $60 5/16.

I ususally never enter market orders.

But was hoping to get in quick.

I am even more pissed at shwab than i was.

regards,

Kash

Joe,

Picked up some of those Apr 60 calls myself. Already up a couple :^)

What do you think. Pull the trigger and make it a tidy day trade or hold for another day like today and a definite ulcer?

Jozef, I use Dreyfus, see Message 13223486

I did about 10 trades today. On one, I thought I got ripped off, in that I tried to sell at the bid and didn't get an execution. (It subsequently dropped and the next trade was 1/8 below my "offer.") But I got customer service with just a 5 minute hold and they said that many quotes were not being updated properly because of heavy volume. I believe him because that particular quote 5 by 5.25 was higher than it should have been.

Dreyfus allows option orders online, but uncovered orders to "open" must be placed through a broker with a $25 rather than $18 commision.

They are in money now. Hope you bought them at bargain price when AMD tanked. IMHO, you may get pretty good return on these options within the next few days. Good luck.
