Jeff: LOL! I hear ya! Been there, done that, and no fun the next day(which typically is a work day). So, for that reason these days I burn off stress by pushing heavy metal in a repetitious fashion in a room with lot'sa other metal pushers(weight lifting). I've found trying to slam twice your weight through the ceiling does wonders for the 'ol stress hormones. Heh! And speaking of wonders...my limit sells on the blocks picked today got taken out at ~$20. A nice, lucky break. Now, if only the rest of my portfolio looked as nice right now. UGH! John~
