I had dinner with a friend who is hi up in MM operation in London on sunday night.He basically said the same thing where they get a lot of their clients to buy into a stock and then Dump.By the time the average investor notices the stock its already getting set up for a sell program.They are doing the opposite right now.He even went as far as explaining to me how they set up a DOW basket and rotate money from selling the NASDAQ into the Dow and make 15% in one week.

CR Design: Regarding the SEC and the MM's, they know about the abuses, hell they even have transcripts of phone conversations where manipulation takes place, but the choose to ignore it. You need the Congress to amend the securities laws to prevent the manipulation, which will never happen. All you can do is realize its a game and use it to your advantage.
