Walter,

There are many reasons for an investor to sell stocks which may be unrelated to expectations about that company.

For example, with the general decline in NASDAQ stocks over the past few weeks some investors were undoubtedly receiving margin calls and had to lighten up positions across the board.

Others might look around the market and see other stocks that have declined to extraordinary values (in their opinion) and might sell to shift assets to those opportunities.

Delays in receiving news, whether about the NASDAQ listing or OEM relationships, may add to investor uncertainty and this can trigger selling.

I see nothing that would lead me to change my opinion about the investment merits of e.Digital.

JimC

I suspect a lot got out because of margin calls.
