pretty big article in latest issue of Forbes on how Qcom engineers in infra division got "screwed" out of their unvested stock options and how Qcom made sure it did the transaction differently in the sale of the handset division. Fairly unflattering to Qcom. Not sure where the thing will shake out legally, but the engineers probably don't have a very strong legal position.

Spud- Bet we had a LOT of those 27 year old hot shot technology fund managers crappin' their pants this morning as their careers flashed before their eyes. This was just like '87. Wonder if they have the guts to buy back in after they sold at the lows.
