If I remember the way the Sherman Anti-Trust Act is written, it specifies penalties for a company ONLY if it uses its monopoly power to drive other competitors out of business using its dominance in pricing power to stifle any form of competition. Microsoft obviously did this and got caught.

If we somehow get a "kinder, gentler" Microsoft sans predatory pricing (similar to a GE or a Boeing or an Exxon Mobil) as a result of this ruling, then the sky's the limit for the company....even if they DO continue to dominate the Operating System market and the browser market.
