Psychology has changed....... It's all over?

I beg to differ.

People's reactions occur in stages. The first stage is, for most, emotional -- "Oh my God, I've lost all this money, etc."

The second stage is, for many, less emotional, if not entirely logical. "Wait a sec., the Naz is at 3900, four or five months back that was a record we celebrated with a few cold ones, now we want to find a window to jump out of?" That is followed by an assessment, IMO, of what companies really deserved the runup in the first place, and to what extent. Some did, some didn't, and figuring out which were which is how the money will be made in the remainder of the year 2000.

Disclaimers: BWDIK, JMHO, yada yada yada.

I am not ready to jump out of a window, but it helps that I am working today in a windowless office on the first floor.
