Nothing to do with that. It's just that one companies misfortune may be anothers opportunity...especially when the former is being torn down by its own government and the other is being subsidized.

I think Japanese businesses and legal system are fine. It's the government fiscal policiy and regulations that is killing Japanese and European economies, not to mention the third world economies.
