Has anyone ever heard of these guys, and if so, what is the probability of a viable product, e.g. Petroprobe in the oil/gas exploration arena. I saw this company on National Geographic the other night and my interest was piqued (sp?)

Earth Search Science To Exercise Right To 5% Ownership in Oil and
Gas Exploration Project

MCCALL, IDAHO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 4, 2000--Earth Search Sciences, Inc. (OTCBB:EDIS - news) today
announced its petroleum subsidiary, Petro Probe, has exercised its right to a 5% ownership position in a promising deep oil
and gas exploration project in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.

The latest indications from drilling are what lead Petro Probe to exercise its option for the equity position in the well. Petro Probe is processing data from its
first oil and gas exploration work for International Petroleum, LLC and Tolar Energy, LLC. under this agreement.

International Petroleum and Tolar are drilling in the West Scott Field Prospect located in one of the most prolific on-shore oil and gas producing areas in
Louisiana.. Earth Search Sciences aircraft collected data under ideal weather conditions from a 260 square mile area and identified surface features associated
with the presence of hydrocarbons.

The Louisiana exploration project combines data from Earth Search Sciences' PROBE-1 hyperspectral remote sensing instruments with previously collected
3-D seismic data.

Oh yeah, took my profits off the table in OEI today and bought back in later near the bottom at 12.375. Love it when a plan comes together - for me they few and far between. Didn't want to sell as I consider them a hold, but didn't want to see my profits dwindle away either. Also picked up some more PGO.

I'd like to say thanks to everyone for a truly great board.
