FWIW Katie, NDB still hasn't sent me the email confirmations of my trades today. Nor do I think they will. I waited for one (on-screen) transaction confirmation for two hours. Of course I proceeded to try and call them. Must've been lots of us barking...the recording told you right up front that the wait on line was, at that moment, "at least 30 minutes". I did manage to get everything I wanted and at the price I wanted- even got an additional 10K of SNLV @ 0.095 Theo;-)
