In the CNN interview last night with Jim Barksdale, former CEO of netscape, he is suggesting based on the tone of voice from Judge Jackson, that he is definitely going for splitting the company. Before OCt., rumor will leak out from the court house, by then, easily $45.

Barksdale impression is based on the fact that he is the lead witness, and during the trial, he gets the hint from Judge Jackson how much "dislike" he has on MSFT.

During one point in the trial, MSFT lawyer was questioning the reputation of one of the witness, Judge Jackson actually interrupt and said "Excuse me, this witness does not have a reputation problem, it's your client (MSFT) that has a questionable reputation."

That night, CNN was commenting on this as "highly unusual"
during cross examination.
