Bernard: You speak of the carriers not the equipment providers, n'est pas? I noticed that my beloved incumbent, SBC, has improved somewhat over the past day or so. Yes, I agree with you that I think we've seen the bottom, but that we could sink that far again. I don't think recovery is gonna be that quick (a hour of trading). I think its gonna take some time, and that over the next few weeks, the Naz will SLOWLY improve, but with marked volatility.
