Pmtcs has traded more like a stock of a company going bankrupt than one that had a 15% revenue shortfall.
It has been way overdone.

It was close to 30 recently. Very recently.

Book value at the end of the last quarter was $1.31 per share. The estimates are falling all over the place, but a good starting point should be 25 cents per share for the current fiscal year.
