From the way the bears tell it, you would think the 8% DRAM market for servers is going to kill RAMBUS. I guess the other 92% of the market will be more than sufficient to reanimate RAMBUS.<LOL>

It is always stunning to see how much smoke the bears can blow......

By the way, there is a discussion of the use of RDRAM in servers which shows that if you need performance you can not beat multichannel RDRAM. They get the bandwidth performance by using as many channels of RDRAM as necessary. Then they compare this solution with DDR and SDRAM. It shows that RDRAM is more cost efficient and has higher performance than DDR.
