Hi WT:

I agree completely. Placing high PEs on
huge companies such as CSCO or MSFT
is absurd, since they will find it incredibly
difficult to grow at a rate that would justify
their PE. On the other hand growing a $200M
to $500M company at a 30% rate is fairly easy,
as long as it is in the right area (such as
TKLC, WIND...)

I don't know how many persons realize that
CSCO has 1/20th of the sales of GM and 10
times its market value (including GM's stake
in GMH). Apparently Americans have a much bigger
love affair with their routers than with their cars.
