reJDSU calls
You could:
sell the calls and take the loss or
Sell the calls and roll them out to Nov or Dec, traditionally great months and probably especially great this year since it's a presidential election.

I am not comfortable with is holding June JDSU 85 and 100 calls
Maybe I don't understand, did you buy these calls or are they covered calls? If bought, I would hope they will increase in value before June. If covered, well times are not going to get any better to buy them back. If you can't buy them back just make a mental note to yourself that the stock is sold, and don't worry about it unless or until another opportunity to buy back arises.
