I have an online account with Brown, and have seen it hung, but
did not have a problem today.

But I was not trying them near the lows of the day.

I was worked over by them on Oct 28th 1997, had a number of
put positions and could not close them when we bottomed and
had that 300 points rally.

that was a major drag.
