Speaking of Bid x Ask, I was watching PWAV and at one time the spread reached 4 points (around 4%). I've never seen anything like that in a relatively liquid stock.

CNBC and their pundits are now calling for a retest. Talking about a break below todays lows to 3500, and possibly down to 2900, on the COMPX. But 2.8 billion shares with the free-fall at noon, seems to describe panic to me. What with earnings season beginning in earnest tomorrow, this would be unlikely. Now if YHOO throws a turd in the punchbowl, well, then a retest may be in order.
