RNTK (Rentech, Inc.) is moving from OTC:BB to Amex.

Rentech Lists on the American Stock Exchange Under Symbol 'RTK'
Tuesday April 4, 1:30 pm Eastern Time

DENVER, April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Rentech, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RNTK - news) announced today its application for listing of its common stock on the American Stock Exchange (``AMEX') has been approved by the Exchange. The Company expects to commence trading on the AMEX Wednesday, April 5, 2000 under the ticker symbol ``RTK'. Trading of the Company's common stock on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board should be discontinued at the market close today.
Dennis L. Yakobson, chairman, president and C.E.O of Rentech, Inc., commenting on the prospective AMEX listing stated: ``We are excited at the prospect of trading on the American Stock Exchange. I have been holding this stock for over 2 years in my IRA. It was delisted from Nasdaq last year because it could not stay over $1. It has rebounded sharply this year because its relationship with TX finally began to bear tangible fruit and because Philip Anschutz invested in them. More details are available at this link:
