RNTK (Rentech, Inc.) is moving from OTC:BB to Amex. Rentech Lists on the American Stock Exchange Under Symbol 'RTK' Tuesday April 4, 1:30 pm Eastern Time DENVER, April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Rentech, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RNTK - news) announced today its application for listing of its common stock on the American Stock Exchange (``AMEX') has been approved by the Exchange. The Company expects to commence trading on the AMEX Wednesday, April 5, 2000 under the ticker symbol ``RTK'. Trading of the Company's common stock on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board should be discontinued at the market close today. Dennis L.
