Did you know that Gary F. has been a mayor of my town for many years? ``He's clearly making it a legacy issue for his administration, as well as the country,' said Hewlett-Packard executive Gary Fazzino, who has lobbied Congress on the matter. ``It was the most efficient point by point argument.
