Keith, fpc is $54 but with a collar for cpl below 37.13. Below that price for cpl the math works out to $35.10 plus .509 shares. CPL just added a stub for gas liquifying facilities of fpc which might add another dollar or so(pure guess on my part). fsco merger with zion fell apart. I did not have a position but a covered call (Sept 12 1/2) write against stock gets you in at about 10. I sent for investor package as a possible pure value play.
