Investor " Flambeau "....---->that MyTack got "fouled up yesterday, last friday, and several other times last week...I have already "knowingly " stated . Since TRAC also made public notification of these instances, I guess one could assume , they are a matter of public record. .... and these were---->delayed order confirmations and acct position/balances/margins being accordingly "fouled up".. Your threats have no serious impact upon me one way or the other "Investor Flambeau"....I take them, about as much as I take you seriously;-) The real question here is will we be continue to be "ambushed" when we least expect it-----> with more "order execution/confirmation delays", which can throw one's trading into complete chaos. A very ---->serious matter. We all know you have a "vested" interest here as an investor in TRAC as an issue, Mr. Flim~Flambeau....yet it would nice to hear you admit that these problems do exist, once in a while, instead of "cheerleading away"....which does us all a great disservice. ....Yet we have just as much right and a vested interest here posting as "clients" of TRAC Data....to post with free-will as to the damage, distress & chaos these problems of TRAC , can cause to our trading... esp. when these problems begin to occur with more regularity! we would all like to see the performance and services of Trac Data improve. **Today is another day-----> Is TRAC going to go for "3 days in a row " , of these same 'order confirmation failure' occurances???*** Your threat is noted .... and resides in the "trash bin" on desk-top where it belongs....along with your credibility. ...have a sunny day, mars
