Cant blame 2Mars, I mean he has soooo much material to work with, the pink panther gives him a lot of openings. Got lucky today, all the late fills were buys and worked out in my favor, so I did not have to call. But it was a pain trying to scramble around and cancel those dang things every time they popped up. I made more money using Mytrack than I would have ever though possible. They just have a lot of things that have to be fixed now. If they fix them, they can be great again. If they do not, they will be history.

<see bottom line i want problems resolved not to
sit here and bitch,i know what things can be taking
care of and what things right now that are out of mytracks hands...>

I have been saying that to our "honored thread" cheerleader
Investor Cleauseau, all along....but if he wants to act like a big cry-baby , pout , make threats and push TRAC all over the threads...
When simply he could admit once, that Trac may have some frequent on-going problems with order executions, cancellations and system freeze-ups ...then the it's on him.

I , for one would be the first to be in his corner, cheerleading TRAC along it's merry way. Yet, when he and TRAC Reps here on this thread try to palm-off and evade these constantly ongoing issues of delayed ,late and botched
order executions....by trying to say that it's your "line
connectivity" etc etc.....makes you want to ---->lose it a just little bit.

I spent weeks , back in November trying to get them to admit
that they had a recurring problems with order cancellations not going thru and sitting for up to 45 minutes and excution right up to and thru the EOD's. They played it "pretty dumb" right up to a public disclosure , that these problems did in fact exist, and would "eat" any further losses incurred by it. But , of~course they wouldn't "eat any of the orders they screwed up before when they were in denial( or "blessedly" unaware)....and for an $8k loss then, and all my efforts , i was offered "8 free trades"...by a very decent head- trader there you know.

One thing is for certain, if they don't fix these recurring
order "confirmation" problems soon , we will all be living on this thread. And that for me is not a "tasteful" reality
to have to live with.

Just hope , interspersed with Invesor Cleauseau's Cheerleading for TRAC ... we can make some real progress
to being informed of just when these aggravating recurring problems will begin to cease. Maybe not all TRAC's problem,
but I certainly am powerless ,other than to post here and document each day, each time we as traders are so often put in peril
when these problems occur. Either they are going to fix them or at least keep us informed. Not try to tell us that it's "connectivity"....when we know full well that is
not the whole story.

And dear Investor Fleauseau, would help his "cause" alot better by being a little more concerned for the truth of things , rather than deny problems that keep arising.

...some people are just "thick" !

here's to----->"hopeful trading" LOL!
