the Iridium factor is playing havoc with the larger customers. Makes sense to me which is why a month ago I argued (in hopes our thread was monitored) that G* should announce a worldwide trade-in program (co-op'ing the cost with the SP's), as well as seizing the opportunity to turn Iridium's demise into a net public relations plus for G*. Instead, as we know, they did nothing, and blew it, so now the various consequences must be suffered. Well, what isn't done isn't done, but BLS & crew have written by default a new case study for the Harvard Business classic text "Marketing Myopia."
