Printing press team is actually carrying out the mandate of the Federal Reserve, more or less. Plunge Protection Team - that's arguable. "Moral hazard" is a term we haven't heard since 1998, but I think the actions of the Fed in October, 1998, laid the ground for the recent debacle, as investors no longer fear risk.
