I have a question regarding this snipit from the Analog Devices press release today:

<<<<With a base of more than 70 customers worldwide, Analog Devices? xDSL solutions are designed into more than 80 percent of the world?s xDSL systems, from client modems and routers to central office voice and data switches, xDSL access multiplexers and digital loop carriers. >>>>>>

Notice it states an 80% market penetration in xDSL systems. Wouldn't that equate directly to Aware? What percent of that equipment is based on Aware's technology? I would guess a substantial portion. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Perry,

You said.....

I would like to know if Alcatel switched the Newbridge equipment over or left it with Aware.

.............

I don't think it would be a possibility for at least 6-9 months (( Merger integration)) ...

After that it may not matter as g.lite becomes it.

Maybe you can help me out. Did I read somewhere that g.lite will go 3MB.... Did you come across this in your readings?

Thanks,

Keith
