Nothing really changed from the beginning of the day to the end when stiffs got home from work. So there was no reason for them to consider redemption. As far as they are concerned, buy-the-dip ruled the day. It was just one heck of a dip opportunity and they may be pissed that they missed it. You-snooze-you-lose these days I guess.
