I grow Paphs...and they're a real pain in the butt! I used to have about 40 different varieties, Catts, Phaels, Oncidiums and a Nodosa (night fragarance) the size of a basketball. It was too much...now just Paphs (until I get my CC writing, low stress, retirement greenhouse).

As far as tips...if you are growing them in your house, and actually getting them to bloom again and again, then you need NO tips. You are way ahead of the game.

Benign neglect for most...don't over water...good humidity. You know the routine :-)
