heinz, Re: TIE-BA Law suit.

This is a contract problem. I worked for years doing business with Boeing, Lockeed and MacDonald/Douglas. I worked for both GE and Honeywell and the Lawyers were constantly suing the Aircraft Manufactures because they were not keeping their agreements in the contracts. This kind of activity never hurt our business. I don't know how Wall Street is going to look at this, but BA will continue going out for bids and select vendors that meet their specification agreements. This law suit will not affect the contracts people when they buy from vendors. The Lawyers on both sides will find a solution to this problem that both parties can live with. BA is not in the business of putting their vendors out of business. If BA did not follow the contract they will write a check and go on with business.

This goes on all the time.
