John,

The World Bank and the IMF are meeting in Washington, DC on the 15,16,17 April. There are already news reports of massive protests being planned by those opposed to these banking concerns and their manner/methods of helping developing countries. The DC area is gearing up for massive protests similar to Seattle. What effect it might have on markets is unknown and probably minimal.
