Here is why you may be wrong about the price of Pd, and thanks for the compliment. I've talked to, people in Canada most of who know you and your opinion is highly regarded. If I could get to your stature I'd start my own service but it would be focused on shorting baloney. Someone has suggested that we get together, metaphorically of course, and write a news letter that focuses on your ability to identify an economic situation and my ability to identify when the promotion is out of steam. Could be huge, no?

At any rate, you should know that 95% of production is either a byproduct of base metal mining or of Pt mining. As you have outlined before, the economics of Pt and Pd production from mafic massive sulfides is a problem. The Russian production of Pd is from a copper rich deposit that may be mined out. And, I'll add that the majority of Pd production from South Africa is as a byproduct of platinum production which has historically been basically an oligopoly situation. Why would the Pt producers increase production to get more Pd if it results in a huge increase in Pt production which could threaten the price of the main product which is platinum? They won't do this.

The opportunity for PDL is that the ratio of Pd to Pt is 20:1. They are one of the few properties that can increase production of one metal without cannibalizing the prices of the other byproduct metal.

Claude, what am I missing here. I'm long and bullish on a mining stock? Is this old age setting in? Is this me? Am I losing it? Is this the final stage of osteominosis?
