Comment: That Q1 (the seasonally weak quarter) revenues exceed record Q4 (the seasonally strong quarter) revenues which were up an astounding 35% over Q3 revenues by 10% is outstanding...That eps is expected to blow the socks off the street estimate of $0.44 will eliminate most of the remaining AMD doubters as the realisation of AMD Athy potential precipitates in the minds of the market decision makers...AMD has demonstrated with its preliminary Q1 results that major growth is underway in Y2000 (i.e. $5.5 billion Y2000 revenues is in line as is $4.00 to $7.00 eps)

By the way...This pre-announcement is just one more signal that a new AMD trading range (i.e closing price) between $60 and $100 has been ushered in and that the bandwagon effect is in its initial formulation stage!
