Thanks, Jim. Actually, that Burrill list seems to be missing some stuff - in particular some private equity placements - e.g., PCYC's $60 million sale of common.

In fact I've seen a $15 billion number for the quarter, of which about $13 billion was by existing public companies (the balance was IPO's and VC funding).
